- The employee engagement tool I started building last year has gained enough traction to continue working on and improving it. The product and team are growing into a beautiful tool I'm proud of!
2025:
- β FeedbackPulse.com - a simple platform to gather and give feedback in your workspace. Current market-leading tools like Culture Amp, Lattice, and HiBob all suffer from the same issue - enterprise complexity has consumed these products. The whole professional career I've spent in relatively small teams and companies, and having a tool like this would have made life for the people who managed me and me π
- β run 50 km - technically completed this in the first days of January 2026, but it took the whole of 2025 to prepare and organize this one
